We offer worldwide shipping via premium couriers. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
How should I care for my leather bag?
To preserve the quality of the leather, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct light or heat, and using a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface. Store your bag in its original dust bag when not in use.
What is your return policy?
You may return your order within 15 days of receipt. The items must be in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.
Are taxes and duties included in the price?
For orders shipped to the European Union and the USA, taxes are included. For other destinations, customs duties and local taxes may be applied by the carrier upon delivery.
