Returns & Exchanges

Polène offers a refined return process, allowing customers to return or exchange their leather goods within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including the protective dust bag and authentication cards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into the Polène returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item back into its original box and dust bag, ensuring the leather is protected, and include the printed return form inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Processing

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier location; once received at our Parisian workshop, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
